With Irma and without Irma, the Damas de Blanco (Ladies in White) and CID activists distribute the CID weekly La Nueva República on the streets of the Habana Vieja (Old Havana) municipality on Sunday, September 17, despite reprisals from state insecurity to not allow us to distribute the weekly or reach the church. The strategy was to dress in other colors, and the weekly was distributed.
